Tolkyn Adilbekova, Deputy Head of the Department of State Property and Privatization for the Atyrau Region and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Leeds (UK), participated in the podcast. She spoke about the significance of international experience in the field of state property and discussed the state registry maintained under the Law "On State Property." She also outlined the key motivations for modern youth choosing a career in the civil service.
