Meeting of the Board of Directors of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens"

N. Adilbekov, Deputy Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, attended a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company "State Corporation 'Government for Citizens'" (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation).

Following the meeting, the Board of Directors approved the Key Performance Indicator Maps for the Chairman and members of the State Corporation's Management Board for 2025, the annual financial statements, and proposals for the distribution of the State Corporation's net income for 2024, with subsequent submission to the Sole Shareholder for approval.

A decision was also made on determining the fee for the audit firm's services to audit the State Corporation's annual financial statements for 2025. New employees were appointed and the terms of office of existing employees were extended in the State Corporation's Compliance Control Service.

In addition, the reports of the Compliance Control Service of the State Corporation, the Internal Audit Service of the State Corporation on the results of work and the status of the implementation of decisions of the Board of Directors of the State Corporation on the results of work for the first quarter of 2025 were reviewed.
