He was born in 1977 in Aktobe. He graduated from Aktobe State University named after K.Zhubanov, Aktobe Institute of Management, Business and Law "NUR".
He began his career in 1997 as a specialist in the office of akim of Mugalzhar district of Aktobe region.
In 2000-2014 he worked in the banking sector.
In 2014 – Acting Chief Expert of the Trade Committee of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2014-2021 – Chief Expert, Head of the Department, Deputy Director of the Department, Director of the Department of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2021-2022 – Head of the Sector of the Analytical Department of the Security Council of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2022-2023 – Head of the Economic Department of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2023-2024 – Chairman of the Migration Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since August 9, 2024, Vice-Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
