He was born in 1969 in Kyzylorda Region. He graduated from Abay Almaty State University.
In 1989-1990, he was a teacher of Kazakh language.
In 1994-1995, he was Deputy director for educational work of the secondary school.
In 1995-1997, he was Principal of a secondary school.
In 1997-2000, he was Academic secretary, Advisor to the President of the Altynsarin Kazakh Academy of Education.
In 2000, he was Acting Head of the Education Department of the Akim of Kapshagai.
In 2000-2001, he was Head of the Education Department of Kapshagai.
In 2001-2006, he was Director of the International Center for Additional Education.
In 2006-2007, he was Director of the Technical and Economic College of Almaty Technological University.
In 2007-2020, he was Director General of the International Center for Education.
In 2020, he was Director of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Textbook" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2020-2022, he was President of the Altynsarin National Academy of Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From March to August 2022, he was Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From August 2022 to January 2023, he was Vice-Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On January 4, 2023, Beisembayev Gani Bektayevich was appointed as the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
