Announcement of the accreditation of associations of private business entities

The Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Rules for the Accreditation of Associations of Private Entrepreneurs approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2015 No. 1089 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), informs about the accreditation for the recognition of the right of associations of private entrepreneurs to conduct an examination of draft regulatory legal acts affecting the interests of private entrepreneurs within the framework of the activities of the Expert Council on Entrepreneurship.

In accordance with paragraph 9 of the Rules, associations of private business entities applying for accreditation with a state body, within ten working days from the date of publication of the announcement, submit the following set of documents:

1) application according to Appendix 1 to the Rules;

2) notarized copies of the constituent documents and the certificate or certificate of state registration (re-registration) of the association as a legal entity, in case of failure to submit the original for verification;

3) the list of members of the association.
