Circulation of medicines and medical devices is an activity carried out in the process of bringing safe, effective and high-quality medicines, medical products and medical equipment from the developer and (or) manufacturer to the consumer.

The manufacture of medicinal products is carried out by entities in the field of medicinal products circulation licensed to manufacture medicinal products, in accordance with the rules approved by the state body.

The import of medicines registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be carried out in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
