Kinayatov Aslan Kinayatovich was born on February 23, 1980 in the village of Kiima, Kiiminsky district, Turgay (now – Akmola) region.

Graduated from Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Economics and Management, Almaty Management University with a degree in Business Administration. He studied in Hungary, Australia, and Kazakhstan.

Карьера

He worked as a manager, deputy director in the car dealership of "Virazh" LLP in Karaganda, Deputy director for educational and production work of the professional school No. 4 in Saran, Karaganda region.

Since 2006, he worked as a chief expert, head of the department in the structural divisions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From August 2014 to September 2020, he worked as the Director of the Investment Policy Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since September 2020, he has been working as a director of the Department of Project and Corporate Governance.

He has been awarded the Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and departmental awards "Excellent Health Care Worker", "For Contribution to the Health care system of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
