On December 15, 2020 at 17:00 organized by the House of culture of Youth of the Department of culture and language development of the city of Uralsk will hold a festive online concert "Tugyry biik Tauelsizdik", dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 16.
