During this period, agricultural producers of the region attracted credit resources in the amount of 24 987.3 million tenge to finance agriculture, including 953 units of agricultural machinery and equipment purchased through the leasing program for the amount of 8,031.9 million tenge. Crop production In 2025, moisture closure was carried out on an area of 462 thousand hectares, the plan was fully implemented, and cultivation was also carried out on 167 thousand hectares. To date, a total of 390.7 thousand hectares (106%) of spring crops have been sown in the region, including 205.3 thousand hectares of cereals, 121.1 thousand hectares of oilseeds and 60 thousand hectares of fodder crops. In addition, 4.2 thousand hectares of potatoes and vegetable and melon crops were planted. The total sown area of agricultural crops is 633 thousand hectares, including grain crops — 296.8 thousand hectares, oilseed crops — 121 thousand hectares, potatoes and vegetable and melon crops - 4.2 thousand hectares (of which potatoes — 2.1 thousand hectares, vegetable crops — 1.5 thousand hectares, melons — 0.6 thousand hectares), fodder crops — 211 thousand. ha . The price of diesel fuel supply from oil depots in the city of Uralsk was 254 tenge per liter. In accordance with paragraph 25 of Chapter 2 of Annex 2 of the Rules, by decision of the commission, 2.6 thousand tons of diesel fuel were redistributed (in connection with the completion of the sowing campaign) for harvesting forage crops and autumn sowing. In total, 2.0 billion tenge has been allocated for subsidy programs and the provision of services in crop production. 1.2 billion tenge has been allocated under subsidy programs.: -subsidizing the development of seed production – 245 million tenge; -subsidizing the cost of fertilizers – 511 million tenge; -subsidizing the cost of pesticides – 197 million tenge; - subsidizing of priority crops – 237 million tenge; -subsidizing the cost of irrigation water supply services – 17 million tenge. For the services provided, 764 million tenge: - seed quality control – 38 million tenge; - control of locust pests – 726 million tenge (192.3 thousand hectares). As of today, 722.1 million tenge has been disbursed. Financing of spring field work. 21.4 billion tenge was allocated to finance spring field and harvesting operations in the region, including 18.4 billion tenge through JSC Agrarian Credit Corporation (Ken dala 2 - 16.0 billion tenge, Ken Dala – 2.4 billion tenge, 5% rate), through JSC SEC Aqjaiyq 3 billion tenge. To date, 238 projects have been financed, and preferential loans worth 10.4 billion tenge (49%) have been issued to farmers. 38 loans in the amount of KZT 3.1 billion were issued under the guarantee of the regional branch of Damu JSC. Applications are still being accepted. Cleaning The harvesting campaign has now begun. As of today, 30.0 thousand hectares of grain crops have been harvested, with an average yield of 19.9 c/ha, 58.7 thousand tons of grain have been harvested. The cleaning continues. Animal husbandry. As of July 1, 2025, the number of cattle was 1,040.8 thousand (105.5%), the number of sheep was 1,428.0 thousand (93.4%), the number of goats was 190.4 thousand (84%), horses – 322.2 thousand (97%), the number of camels – 2.8 thousand. heads (97.1%), pigs – 10.7 thousand heads (66.4%), birds – 1,143.3 thousand heads (87.6%). In January-June 2025, 48.9 thousand tons of livestock and poultry meat were sold for slaughter in live weight, or 102.6% compared to the corresponding period in 2024. The volume of cow's milk production in all categories of farms amounted to 113.9 thousand tons (102.6%), 64.3 million eggs (90.1%) were produced. 146.3 thousand heads of breeding cattle, 76.1 thousand heads of sheep, 6.7 thousand horses, and 258 heads of camels are grown in the region. The share of breeding stock in the total number of farm animals is: cattle – 15.8%, SHEEP – 6.5%, horses – 2.2%, camels - 9.8%. Replication of the North Kazakhstan Region experience. The demand of the region's population for milk and dairy products is 112 thousand tons, the share of provision is 22.3% or 25 thousand tons. In order to reduce import dependence in milk and dairy products, the Dairy Belt Concept for 2022-2025 is being implemented in the region, with the priority being the construction of new dairy farms through expanded government support, extensive use of the potential of personal subsidiary farms, an increase in the breeding stock of dairy cattle and an increase in the workload of dairy processing complexes. In 2023, 4 modern dairy farms with a total production volume of 11.4 thousand tons of milk per year were financed with allocated funds in the total amount of 6.0 billion tenge, as part of the program for financing investment projects in the agro-industrial complex of the region (replication of the experience of North Kazakhstan region), 3 projects have been launched to date (Amanat Farm, Ringo LLP Milk", Agricultural company "Tolengit"), and the launch of one project is planned until August 1, 2025. (KH "Arystanov"). In 2024, 5.0 billion tenge was allocated to the region under the program and 3 projects were financed. Exactly: - Construction of MTF with an annual production volume of 2.4 thousand tons (3.8 billion tenge, investor: KTK888 LLP); - Commissioning of an irrigated area of 200 hectares (200 million tenge, investor Amaner IZI LLP); - Construction of a vegetable storage facility with a capacity of 2.5 thousand tons (1.0 billion tenge, investor Baystoun LLP). To date, a 200-hectare irrigated land project has been commissioned, and the launch of a dairy farm project is planned before the end of this year. According to the vegetable storage project, due to the investor's failure to fulfill its obligations, the court decided to return the loan funds to the budget. In 2025, the Program provides for 10.0 billion tenge from the national budget to finance 13 projects. Also, 3.0 billion tenge has been allocated from the local budget, which is planned to be used to finance irrigated areas and other projects. About agricultural cooperatives. Among them: 5 meat cooperatives, 38 dairy cooperatives, 1 poultry cooperative, and 5 cooperatives have received financing for the purchase of equipment for the processing industry. In 2024, 36 cooperatives received a preferential loan in the amount of 902.8 million tenge. Among them: 4 – animal husbandry, 2 – poultry, 1 – crop production, 1 – fish farming, 17 – for the purchase of processing equipment, 11 – leasing of machinery and equipment. Agricultural cooperatives have 4,517 registered members (of which 8 are legal entities, 126 are individual entrepreneurs, peasant or farm farms, 4,383 households), there are 110,629 heads of farm animals (of which: 40,841 heads of cattle, 68,583 heads of cattle, 1,165 heads of horses, 40 heads of birds). By the end of 2024, the cooperatives produced 269.9 tons of meat, 7,732.9 tons of milk, 50.2 tons of wool, 5,752.6 tons of potatoes, 24.0 tons of honey, 19.5 tons of vegetables and 100.0 tons of melons, 1057.0 tons of fodder crops of agricultural products. Auyl amanaty. In 2023, the allocated 6.4 billion tenge of budget credit funds were fully utilized. It was planned to issue 742 micro-loans and create 787 jobs, but in fact 992 (134%) were issued, which allowed creating 1,135 (144.3%) new jobs. As part of the program, it was planned to allocate 7.9 billion tenge in 2024 to provide 922 micro-loans and create 978 jobs. However, only 2.5 billion tenge has been received, and it has been fully utilized. 268 micro-loans were issued and 400 jobs were created. In 2025, the program plans to allocate 5.5 billion tenge to provide 815 micro-loans and create 886 new jobs. Processing of agricultural products. In January-June 2025, food products were produced in the amount of
