Marat Almenuly graduated from the Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University with a bachelor's degree in foreign language, as well as the West Kazakhstan Engineering and Humanities University with a degree in jurisprudence. Master of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Work experience:

From 08.1999 to 04.2004 he worked as a teacher at the Kh. Dosmukhamedov Secondary School in the Miyaly village, Kyzylkoga district;

From 04.2004 to 02.2005 he worked as the Chief Specialist of the Department of Education of the Kyzylkoga district;

From 02.2005 to 01.2008, Chief specialist of the Department of Organizational, Personnel and State-Legal Work of the Office of the Akim of the Kyzylkoga district;

From 01.2008 to 11.2011, Head of the Department of the General Department of the Office of the Akim of the Kyzylkoga district;

From 11.2011 to 12.2017, Head of the Office of the Akim of the Kyzylkoga district;

From 12.2017 to the present, he held the position of Deputy Akim of the Kyzylkoga district.
