Abuov Bekbol Kuatovich was born on July 10, 1992 in the village of Mukyr, Kyzylkoginsky district of Atyrau region.

In 2011, he was educated at the Atyrau Humanitarian College named after K. Dutbayeva, majoring in "primary education", in 2018 - at the Atyrau State University named after H.Dosmukhamedov, majoring in "Foreign Language", in 2020 - at the University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems of Kazakhstan, majoring in "Jurisprudence".

He began his career in 2010 as a specialist in youth affairs and sports in the office of the akim of the Mukur rural district.
From 2014 to 2017 , the chief specialist in the office of the akim of the Mukur rural district;

From 2019 to 2021 , Chief Specialist of the Organizational and Inspection Department of the office of the Akim of Atyrau region;
From 2021 to 2023 , Chief Inspector of the Organizational and Inspection Department of the office of the Akim of Atyrau region;
Since 2023, on April 03, the head of the state institution "Akim's Office of Makat district".
