1)Issues permits for the use of fish resources, with the exception of research fishing in fishery reservoirs located on the territory of two or more regions, as well as rare and endangered species of animals (fish);

2)Based on the decision of the local executive body on securing fishery reservoirs and (or) sites, concludes contracts for the management of fisheries with the user of the animal world in the form approved by the authorized body;

3)Concludes contracts for commercial fishing with individuals and legal entities in the form approved by the authorized body;

4)Submits proposals on the establishment of recreational (amateur) fishing zones in agreement with the akimats of the city, districts and the territorial representation of the authorized body;

5)Submits proposals for establishing the boundaries of fishery sites, opening and closing troughs (trough sites);
