He is personally responsible for the working with legal entities subordinate to the Akimat, shared construction, completion of problematic facilities of shared construction, mobilization, territorial and civil defense, citizens drafted for military service, prevention of offenses in the city, internal, youth policy and ideology, in the area of socio-political stability and social harmony in the capital, as well as the secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, religion, prevention of religious extremism and terrorism, education, and language development.

         

 

Yesset Berikuly Baiken was born on October 23, 1986, in Tengiz region of Karaganda in Barshino village.

• 2010 - Ye.A. Buketov Karaganda State    University.

Awarded the medal "For Distinguished Labour" in 2015.
