
Zhazira Ismagulova was born in 1983 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
In 1999, she graduated from the O. Zhautykov Republican Specialized Physics and Mathematics Boarding School (RSFMSI). In 2003, she graduated from the T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University with a degree in Finance and Banking.
She holds the following certifications: ACCA and State Auditor (highest category).
She began her career at the National Bank of Kazakhstan in the Financial Institutions Accounting Methodology Division of the Accounting Department.
From 2003 to 2019, she held various positions ranging from economist to Deputy Director of the Department.
From January 2020 to March 2023, she served as Head of the Internal Audit Division at the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.
By Order of the Chairman No. 99-C dated 7 March 2023, she was appointed Chief of Staff of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.
