In 2024, 379 public services were provided by the department, of which 163 services were provided through the State Corporation, 316 services provided by service providers in paper form through the e-Government web portal, and 0 public services as an alternative.
In order to further provide individuals and legal entities with affordable and high-quality public services, including in electronic format, explanatory work with the population on the possibilities of obtaining public services through the e-government portal will continue this year.
Constant systematic work has been organized to monitor compliance with the deadlines for the provision of public services, and the organization of an internal quality control system for their provision is being improved.
