The mission of the Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport, highways, housing inspection to assist the companies in providing high quality housing, transport and public services and proper infrastructure facilities that meet the needs of a modern economy.
Vision-housing and public utilities and transport services engineering infrastructure focused on improving the quality of life of the population and fully met the social and economic needs of the society of Bulandynsky district.
During the period of its activity, since its Foundation in 2006 (in 2013, the Department of housing inspection was joined), the Department purposefully works on the implementation of tasks aimed at quality maintenance and efficient operation of infrastructure that contribute to the development of the district in social and economic areas in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on electricity", "on housing relations", "on highways", "on transport" and other legal documents.
