Department of Finance of Aktobe region

The state institution "Department of Finance of Aktobe region" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which carries out management in the field of public finance management, the authorized body for the execution of local budgets, as well as for the management, ownership and disposal of communal property.
Tasks of the state body:
1) organization of work on the execution of the regional budget;
2) organization of work on the assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of state bodies for the management of budgetary funds;
3) coordination of the activities of state bodies for the execution and monitoring of the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds;
4) planning of budget programs with the volume of budget funds for the planning period, performance and efficiency indicators for the management apparatus;
5) organization of work on the management, ownership, and disposal of communal property;
6) participation in the development, implementation and implementation of state policy in relation to objects of state communal property;                                                                                        7) implementation of effective personnel policy and human capital management in the public service system.
