In 1992 he graduated from Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute named after Korkyt Ata

In 2003 Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI), specialty “law”.

In 2017 - East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov specialty “economics”

Карьера

• He began his career in 1992 as a teacher at Kyzylorda City Secondary School No. 172.
• 05.1993 - 06.1994 conscripted in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• 08.1994 - 03.1995 worked as a teacher at Kyzylorda city secondary school No. 9.
• 03.1995 - 04.2001 - inspector, chief inspector, deputy head of unit, head of unit of Kyzylorda Regional Customs Division.
• 01.2001 02.2006 chief expert, assistant to the chairman, head of unit of the customs committee of the Ministry of State Revenue of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Customs Control Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Customs Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
