The next meeting of the Volunteer Council was held

In order to improve the efficiency and quality of professional activities of civil servants, since June 2023, the consultative and advisory body "Volunteer Council" has been operating under the Department of the Civil Service Agency for the Mangystau Region.

The consultative body carries out its activities to expand the ranks of the volunteer movement by developing active life skills in civil servants, their participation in community service, i.e. active participation in greening streets, cleaning natural places, blood donation and other events.

Increasing the attractiveness of the civil service and forming a high level of its image in society, organizing and participating civil servants in social, cultural, sports events, exchanging views on environmental issues create opportunities for their implementation by attracting civil servants to the number of people aware of social responsibility, ready to participate in the volunteer movement aimed at cooperation, mutual assistance and charity.

On March 6, the next meeting of the Volunteer Council was held, which was attended by the chairman of the advisory body T. Zhumagulov and co-chairs of the advisory body, the head of the youth policy department of the Mangistau region M. Oralbay, the authorized representative for ethics of the office of the akim of the Mangistau region F. Ismagulova, members of the Volunteer Council and members of the Council of Mentors and newly admitted civil servants.

At the meeting, held on the results of 2024, gratitude was announced for honoring veterans of the Civil Service and respect for qualified civil servants with many years of experience in civil service, not to neglect on holidays and holidays.

Voluntary initiatives were discussed according to the work plan of the advisory body for 2025. In particular, a report was made on the measures taken on the voluntary initiatives of the akim of the Mangistau region and civil servants of the akimat during the crash of a foreign plane that occurred at the beginning of the year. Based on the report of the co-chairman of the council of volunteers M. Oralbay, the akim of the Mangistau region and civil servants continuously help citizens who find themselves in difficult life situations around the clock.

Also at the meeting, a ceremony of taking the oath of office by newly admitted civil servants was held, the participants of the meeting were veterans of the Civil Service and civil servants with many years of experience, members of the Council of Volunteers, who shared their work experience with young civil servants.

At the end of the meeting, the work and activities that will be carried out according to the plan of the advisory body for 2025 were worked out, and instructions were given to the members of the advisory body for active work.
