Meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities

November 15 this year at 16.00. The next meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities will be held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Marat Beketaev, with the participation of representatives of state bodies, the non-governmental sector and the business community.

Planned review

1. The draft Law “On Introducing Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Auditing Activities” initiated by the deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the draft conclusion of the Government thereto (developer - a group of deputies of the Parliament);
2. Consideration of concepts of bills:

2-1) “On Veterans” (developer - MTSZN);

2-2) “On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Social Security Issues” (developer - MLSPP);

2-3) “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues related to the implementation of activities in the Caspian Sea” (developer - Ministry of Foreign Affairs);

2-4) “On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Improvement of Legislation in the Field of Intellectual Property” (developer - MJ).
