The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby informs about the public discussion of the draft analysis of regulatory impact on the creation of a self-regulatory organization of patent attorneys, based on mandatory membership (participation), developed in connection with the introduction of new regulatory instruments in the framework of the draft Concept to the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving legislation in the field of intellectual property".
