If you are not satisfied with the social worker's services, you can reject by submitting a statement and stating the reason. For minors or incapacitated individuals, a legal representative can submit such a statement.
However, a social worker may also reject the services if ungrounded insults and accusations that degrade a social worker’s human dignity are recorded (in writing with a witness testimony) on the part of the service recipient or his or her family members.
Services are also terminated if contraindications are identified, such as tuberculosis, leprosy, or mental disorders requiring specialized inpatient treatment.
