THE LICENSE OF KAZAKHSTAN COMMODITY EXCHANGE JSC HAS BEEN TERMINATED

In accordance with subparagraph 5) of paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications" (hereinafter – the Law), the license for the right to engage in the activities of commodity exchanges of Kazakhstan Commodity Exchange JSC No. KZ53LDU00004076 dated December 29, 2022 was terminated in connection with the voluntary request of the licensee to terminate the license.

We note that according to paragraph 3 of Article 35 of the Law, from the moment of termination of the license and (or) the appendix to the license, licensees are not entitled to carry out the types (subspecies) of activities or actions (operations) for which the license and (or) the appendix to the license were issued, which have ceased to be valid.
