APDC ISSUED AN ORDER TO JSC "ESTAU COMMODITY EXCHANGE"

The Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted preventive control in relation to JSC Estau Commodity Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the Commodity Exchange) with a visit to the subject of control on the basis of a semi–annual list of subjects of control.

Following the results of preventive control with a visit to the subject of control, the Agency revealed 4 violations of the requirements specified in the list of requirements of the checklist for compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on commodity exchanges, approved by Order No. 128 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 5, 2016.

In accordance with Article 152 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency issued an order to the Commodity Exchange to eliminate the identified violations.
