APDC ANNOUNCES PLACEMENT OF DRAFT REGULATORY POLICY ADVISORY DOCUMENT

The agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the protection and development of competition on the portal "open NPA" informs about the placement of the draft regulatory policy advisory document (hereinafter referred to as the advisory document) in the draft law "on amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on competition issues".

The advisory document addresses the issues of excluding from legislative acts the exclusive rights of operators to carry out certain types of activities.
