"LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS STORAGE PARK" LLP BROUGHT TO RESPONSIBILITY

The Department of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the protection and development of competition in Atyrau region, together with the prosecutor's Office, conducted a joint inspection of "liquefied petroleum gas storage park" LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "liquefied petroleum gas storage park"). - The facts of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of competition protection in terms of abuse of its dominant or monopoly position, including the use of different prices or different conditions for objectively unjustified reasons for agreements of the same essence, creating obstacles to other market entities to enter or leave the commodity market, and imposing on the counterparty non-subject of the contract, economically or technologically unjustified terms of the contract, revealed the facts of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of competition protection.

          By the decision of the specialized court of administrative offenses of Atyrau city, LLP committed an administrative offense provided for in part 3-1 of Article 159 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for млн 324 million. an administrative fine in the amount of more than tenge was imposed and brought to justice.
