PETROSUN LLP HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY

Department of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty (hereinafter - the Department) It was revealed that in the current year, Petrosun LLP unreasonably limited the sale of AI-92 gasoline and diesel fuel to certain market entities with which it had existing contractual relations.

In addition, the actions of Petrosun LLP led to a violation of the terms of contracts with individual contractors and resulted in infringement of their legitimate rights and interests.

In this regard, based on the conclusion of the Department's staff, Petrosun LLP was brought to administrative responsibility in the amount of 542.9 million tenge, upon abuse of a dominant position.
