PUBLIC DISCUSSION OF THE RESULTS OF THE ANALYSIS OF REGULATORY IMPACT ON THE ISSUES OF COMPLIANCE WITH RESTRICTIONS BY SUBJECTS OF STATE MONOPOLY, SPECIAL LAW

As part of the amendments to the business code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the agency for the protection and development of competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the agency) conducted an analysis of the regulatory impact.

The proposed changes affect the observance by the subjects of the state monopoly of the special right of restrictions established by paragraph 6 of Article 193 of the business code.

In this regard, the agency informs that a public discussion on the above-mentioned issues of economic concentration will be held on November 7, 2023 at 16:00 in accordance with paragraph 20 of the rules for conducting and using regulatory impact and (or) requirements of regulatory instruments approved by order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2015 No. 748.
