PUBLIC DISCUSSION OF THE DRAFT ORDER "ON AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDER OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY FOR THE PROTECTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETITION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN DATED DECEMBER 24, 2020 NO. 2" ON APPROVAL OF THE RULES FOR MONITORING PRICES IN COMMODITY MARKETS IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY SIGNS OF VIOLATION OF THE LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN IN THE FIELD OF COMPETITION PROTECTION"

The agency for the protection and development of competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the agency, the agency) informs about the placement of the draft order "on amendments to the order of the chairman of the agency for the protection and development of competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2020 No. 2" on approval of the rules for monitoring prices in commodity markets in order to identify signs of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of competition protection".

Execution of subparagraph 15) of Paragraph 1 of the instruction of the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on amendments to the order of the chairman of the agency for protection and development of competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2020 No. 2" on approval of the rules for monitoring prices in commodity markets in order to identify signs of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection of competition", it was also developed in order to improve the rules for monitoring prices in commodity markets.
