According to the results of the inspection conducted by the Department of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for protection and development of competition in Astana in relation to "trading house" Tek-Kazakhstan" LLP, the facts of abuse of the dominant position by setting monopolistically high prices for a set of locomotive Equipment Services (reception, storage and distribution of diesel fuel at the border of railway lines) were revealed.

On April 20, 2023, the specialized Inter-District Court for administrative offenses of Astana city imposed an administrative fine on the partnership in the amount of 1.6 billion tenge.

On May 24, 2023, the judicial collegium for administrative offenses of Astana city left the decision of the court of first instance unchanged.

To date, the partnership has paid fines in the amount of 1.6 billion tenge.
