A DRAFT REGULATORY POLICY ADVISORY DOCUMENT HAS BEEN PUBLISHED TO THE DRAFT LAW" ON AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO SOME LEGISLATIVE ACTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN ON COMPETITION ISSUES"

The agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the protection and development of competition on the portal "open NPA" informs about the placement of the draft regulatory policy advisory document (hereinafter referred to as the advisory document) in the draft law "on amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on competition issues".

The advisory document will consider pricing in the fuel and energy complex market, distribution of frequencies for the provision of cellular services, regulation of commodity exchanges, reduction of state participation in the economy, access to information and databases, introduction of the institution of collective claims, etc.
