THE STATE SERVICE FOR CONSENT TO ECONOMIC CONCENTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY IN ONLINE FORMAT

The draft order of the chairman of the agency on amendments to the rules for the provision of Public Services "consideration of applications for consent to economic concentration" has passed state registration.

These changes completely eliminate the need to submit paper documents. These changes will come into force on August 26, 2023.

Thus, now, to obtain a public service, the service recipient can apply through the internal portal of the Information System in the state database "e-licensing" with a letter of application for obtaining consent in electronic form.
For the next stages, it is planned to partially automate the collection of data filled in by the service recipient in accordance with the agency's work plan for 2023. This is necessary in order to confirm and reduce the accuracy of the list of information provided by the service recipient.

In particular, it is planned to automate the receipt of data on individuals (IIN, document number, etc.) and legal entities (bin, EMF, etc.).
