EVIDENCE OF VIOLATION OF COMPETITIVE LEGISLATION DETECTED AT THE GRAVEL DEALER IN ZHAMBYL REGION

The Antimonopoly Department of the Zhambyl Region sent a notification to Altai Building LTD LLP about the presence in its actions of signs of violation of competition legislation.

As it became known, since the beginning of 2021, Altai Building LTD LLP has sold the same crushed stone of fraction 5-10 to different consumers by different prices.

The notification is subject to execution within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
