Must be proficient in the state language at the appropriate level, as well as master other necessary knowledge to perform their functional duties.
1.3. Maintains in practice relations with structural departments of the office of the mayor of Tekeli and other state bodies;
1.4. Performs work in accordance with the work plans of the city akim's office, the organizational and personnel Department and the personal work plan approved by the head of the Department;
1.5. 2. Rights of the chief specialist of the Department

3. Duties of the Department's chief specialist

3.1. Reports on the register, serving individuals and legal entities in the field of education.
3.2. Provides applications for pre-school and General secondary education of citizens;

3.4. Keeps records of children of preschool and school education, organizes providing children with secondary education;
3.5. Provides support and assistance in the material and technical equipment of educational institutions;
3.6. Monitors the implementation of the state program of education development RK for 2011-2020,organizes the work on realization of state policy in the sphere of education;
3.7. Plans and coordinates the work of the office;
3.8. Preparing for TDMA, and controls the work
3.9. Issues orders and instructions that are mandatory for educational institutions and all departments that fall within the competence of the Department of education, and makes decisions of the Council;
3.10. Provides preparation of materials on their questions to the Board of the Department of education;
3.11. Performs work on the problems of children with disabilities.
3.12. Accepts citizens on personal issues.
4. Responsibility of the chief specialist of the Department
4.1. the Head of the state institution "Department of education of the city of Tekeli" is brought to disciplinary responsibility for non-performance or improper performance of the duties assigned to him, for offenses related to corruption, for violation of state and labor discipline, for using excessive official competence, for non-compliance with official ethical standards, restrictions established by the Law "on public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. Duties of the chief specialist
