TEKELI CITY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT PLAN FOR 2019
Main functions of the Department:
- analysis of the state and level of satisfaction of educational needs of the education system;
- studying the availability of management and teaching staff in educational institutions, forecasting their needs;
- preservation and development of the material and technical base of educational organizations;
- analysis of the provision of educational institutions in the city with textbooks and teaching materials;
- making proposals on the draft education budget, improving the economic mechanism in the education system;
- development and creation of new information educational technologies;
- professional development of educational managers and teaching staff;
- preparation of documents for awarding the most distinguished employees of the education system. submission of candidates for honorary titles.
Main tasks of the Department:
implementation of the state policy in the field of preschool and secondary education in the city;
coordination of activities of state institutions and educational enterprises of the city;
development of the material and technical base and subordinate organizations.
The Department in accordance with the tasks assigned to it:
develops and implements programs for the development of the city's education system;
prepares proposals for the development of the education system;
makes proposals to draft plans for economic and social development and the education budget;
organizes the implementation of laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other acts of higher state bodies;
analyzes the state of the education system;
takes measures for the development and rational placement of the network of educational state institutions and educational enterprises ;
provides assistance to organizations in strengthening the educational and material base;
provides the necessary conditions for secondary education, and keeps records of children before they receive secondary education;
organizes custody and guardianship of minors left without parental care, apply for sending children to boarding schools;
together with the Commission on juvenile Affairs and the employment center, it solves issues of employment and vocational education of graduates of primary schools;
provides personnel support for state institutions;
creates conditions for professional development of teachers, directs them to city and national competitions for professional development;
takes measures for social protection of students and teachers of education;
together with medical institutions, it monitors compliance with the conditions and implementation of measures that protect the life and health of children;
together with the school administration, professional organizations, enterprises, institutions, organizes summer recreation and work of students, their leisure time;
involves the public in solving issues of institutions and entities to provide them with the necessary assistance;
organizes mass work with children in the area;
considers proposals, applications and complaints of citizens, conducts reception of citizens on personal issues, ensuring the fulfillment of their reasonable requests and legal requirements, takes measures to eliminate the shortcomings reported to citizens in the activities of educational institutions and enterprises.
