Documents for the construction of an amphitheater in the Central Park of Tekeli and the lease of 40-apartment housing in Tekeli were prepared in full, and the application was submitted to the Department of public procurement of the Almaty region.
In addition, an agreement was signed with ONT-NT LLP to prepare design and estimate documentation for the construction of engineering and communication systems for 40-apartment rental housing.
In Tekeli in the first quarter, the volume of construction was completed by 40 % or 163,132. 0 thousand tenge. The reason for the non-completion is that construction work has not started in the city.
