Functions and tasks
Main goals:
1) ensuring the constitutional right of citizens to use sports services;
2) development and implementation of a unified state policy in the field of sports on the territory of the city, improvement of sports services to the population and further development of sports ties.
3) development of sports facilities in the city to ensure full and harmonious development of personality, strengthening of health, formation of healthy lifestyle and active recreation;
4) implementation of a scientifically based system of physical education and training of athletes;
5) providing training and participation in the distribution of physical culture personnel;
6) coordination of plans and conduct of sports events and competitions;
7) promotion and dissemination of sports knowledge;
8) development of services provided to the city's population by sports institutions;
Main tasks:
1) coordination of activities in the development of current and future sports programs;
2) further improvement of sports development;
3) state support of the functioning of the sports system in the city and its social protection in accordance with the needs of the city's population and the new socio-economic conditions of its development;
4) implementation of personnel policy in the field of sports, organization of training, hanging qualifications;
5) expanding the scope of joint activities of the Department with the public, mass media, television, state and local government departments.
6) together with the relevant divisions of the city's mayor's office, local self-government bodies, creating conditions for the development of sports based on the principles of state policy in the field of sports, the degree of achieving social equality of city residents in joining sports.
7) provision of public services for the assignment of:
1. sports category athlete of 2 and 3 categories,
2. athlete 1,2,3 youth category,
Qualification categories:
1. coach of the highest level of qualification of the second category,
2. coach medium skill level second category,
3. Methodist higher qualification of the second category,
4. methodologist of medium skill level second category,
5. instructor-athletic trainer middle level of qualification of the second category,
6. sports judge,
