BUDGET CODE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
The division carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of akimat of Almaty region and the city of Tekeli, decisions and orders of akim of Almaty region and the city of Tekeli, other regulatory legal acts and these regulations.
