Implementation of measures to promote and apply the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, implementation of the state youth policy. Implementation of measures for interaction with political parties, non-governmental organizations, and relations with religious associations.
Conducting planning and financial work of the Department, accounting reports, providing strategic planning. Coordinating the work of budget administrators. Participation in the preparation and conduct of socio-political, cultural and mass events.

Ensuring the accounting and timely execution of documents subject to control of higher authorities, decisions, orders and instructions, maintaining a card file, compiling cumulative folders, preparing the nomenclature of cases for its approval and filing documents in the archive.
