Mission, main tasks, functions, rights and responsibilities of the Department of internal policy of the city of Tekeli
Mission: implementation of the state policy to ensure social harmony and political stability, education of civil patriotism and stable development of the nation.
Tasks:
participation in strengthening the democratic institutions of society, explanation and promotion of the main priorities of the President's Address "Strategy" Kazakhstan-2050 " - a new political course of the established state»;
coordination of activities for the development and implementation of programs to promote and explain the state internal policy, legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on internal policy, socio-political sphere;
conducting sociological and political research aimed at predicting the socio-political situation in the city;
comprehensive and objective study, generalization and analysis of socio-political processes taking place in the city and trends in their development, electoral attitudes of citizens, the work of state bodies;
publication of the state information policy at the regional level, coordination of the activities of regional mass media on the implementation of the state order;
interaction with non-governmental organizations;
harmonization of interethnic relations, strengthening of interethnic unity, consolidation of society, promotion and education of Kazakhstan's patriotism;
involvement of non-governmental organizations in solving socially significant problems of society;
implementation of the state youth policy;
monitoring the activities of political parties, socio-political movements, and religious associations;
development of conceptual frameworks and practical recommendations in the field of internal policy, as well as proposals for the consolidation of society based on the formation of civil identity, long-term priorities of Kazakhstan;
interaction with public associations, political parties, socio-political and religious organizations, trade unions, mass media, and representatives of the public;
implementation of links with ethno-cultural centers;
formation of the population's respect for the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Functions:
implementation of strategic political planning, coordination of the work of state bodies on internal policy issues, development of a unified action plan;
study of public opinion of the city's population by monitoring the socio-political situation and activities of religious associations, non-governmental organizations and other public organizations;
preparation of information and reference materials on the activities of political parties, socio-political and religious associations;
organization of work to ensure internal political stability, consolidation of society and interfaith tolerance;
implementation and coordination of media planning of information and explanatory work of state bodies;
organization and coordination of interaction, preparation and implementation of targeted events with the media;
coordination of outreach activities of advocacy groups to explain the President's Message "Strategy" Kazakhstan-2050 "- a new political course of the established state";
interaction with non-governmental organizations in accordance with the Concept of state support for non-governmental organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
providing organizational, practical, methodological, Advisory and informational support to local non-governmental organizations;
analysis and forecast of the internal political situation, party building, social processes in the sphere of culture, their impact on the state and development of the socio-economic situation in the city;
organizing and conducting scientific and practical conferences, seminars, trainings, and round tables on issues of interaction with political parties, socio-political movements, and religious associations;
implementation of measures to implement the state youth policy;
coordination of activities of ethno-cultural centers;
coordination of organizational and informational interaction with the Secretariat of the Small Assembly of people of Kazakhstan;
ideological support of mass cultural, social and political events;
assistance in forming a respectful attitude to state symbols among the population, participation in the promotion and use of state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
providing methodological assistance in the use and promotion of state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
collection, processing of information, analysis of the practice of using and promoting state symbols, development of recommendations for improving work in this area;
organizing and conducting large-scale events, seminars, round tables, meetings on the promotion and use of state symbols within the city;
carrying out official correspondence with state and non-state bodies on issues related to the competence of the Department;
implementation of other functions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
