Responsibilities of the Department Manager
Perform General management of the Department; organization of implementation of decisions of decision-making bodies on the issues of the Department; development of programs for socio-economic development of the city, as well as targeted programs aimed at expanding and improving services in the housing and communal services; development of development programs for the development of housing and communal services, passenger transport, roads and road management; coordination of a unified technical and economic policy in the field of utilities, passenger transport and highways; coordinate programs for the development and modernization of housing and communal services; perform other duties in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Chief specialist of the Department
Ensures the development and implementation of state policy in the field of public procurement, is a representative of the customer of public procurement; conducts public procurement on the Web portal; participates in the development and preparation of information on the implementation of decisions of higher organizations; participates in working commissions; is a Secretary in the commissions on public procurement carried out by the Department; organizes the work of the Commission on road safety and passenger transport; study issues and prepare materials for consideration at meetings of the mayor's office on preparation for the heating season, on the spring and autumn months of sanitary cleaning, landscaping and landscaping of the city; perform other duties in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Chief specialist of the Department
Prepares financing plans, maintains accounting records and reports on the implementation of the Department's financing plan; prepares quarterly, semi-annual, and annual accounting reports; prepares public procurement contracts; develops proposals and measures aimed at further improving the organization of accounting and reporting on budget execution; participates in the development and preparation of information on the implementation of decisions of higher-level organizations; participates in working commissions; participates in public procurement commissions; performs other duties in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
