The division carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees, decisions and orders of akim of Almaty oblast, the akimat of Almaty region and orders of akim of Tekeli, and the present position of the Department.
