About modification of the decision of Tekeliiskogorodsky

"On the budget of the city of Tekeli for 2020-2022"
In accordance with paragraph 4 of article 106 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001"on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Tekeli city maslikhat has resolved:
Make the following changes to the decision of the Tekeli city maslikhat "on the budget of the city of Tekeli for 2020-2022" dated December 26, 2019 No. 43-262 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 5383, published on January 10, 2020 in the Reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be redrafted:
"1. Approve the city budget for 2020-2022 according to appendices 1, 2, 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
income 6 802953 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 732 006 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts 12,914 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed assets 12,800 thousand tenge;
transfers received 6,045,233 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 2,615964 thousand tenge;
target transfers for development 700 989 thousand tenge;
subventions 2 728 280 thousand tenge;
costs 7 073 950 thousand tenge;
net budget lending 7,523 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans 7,953 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans 430 thousand tenge;
balance on operations with financial assets 50 000 thousand tenge;
budget deficit (surplus) ( - ) 1,204,643 thousand tenge;
financing of deficit (use of surplus) budget 1 204 643 thousand KZT.
Annex 1 to the said decision should be redrafted in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
Control over the implementation of this decision is assigned to the permanent Commission of the Tekeli city maslikhat "on budget and economy issues".
This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
