About the city budget
Tekeli for 2018-2020
In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 9 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Tekeli city maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the city budget for 2018-2020 in accordance with annexes 1, 2, 3 to this decision, respectively, including for 2018 in the following amounts:
1) income of 3166342 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts 271654 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts 7999 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed assets 39000 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts 2847689 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 724402 thousand tenge;
target transfers for development 536297 thousand tenge;
subventions 1586990 thousand tenge;
2) the cost 3166342 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending of 0 tenge, including:
budget loans 0 tenge;
repayment of budget loans 0 tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) 0 tenge;
6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget 0 tenge.
2. Approve the reserve of the local Executive body of the city for 2018 in the amount of 1593 thousand tenge.
3. take into Account that the city budget for 2018 provides for transfers to the local government in the amount of 923 thousand tenge in accordance with Annex 4 to this decision.
The mayor of the rural district should ensure the effective use of budget funds received to the control cash account of the local government.
4. Establish a list of the city's budget programs that are not subject to sequestration in the course of implementing the city's budget for 2018 in accordance with Annex 5 to this decision.
5. Control over the implementation of this decision should be assigned to the permanent Commission of the Tekeli city maslikhat "on budget and economy issues".
6. This decision is effective from January 1, 2018.
