About the work done by the state institution
"Department of architecture and urban planning of the city of Tekeli"
for the half-year 2020.
The Department is guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and other legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities.
The basis for the development and implementation of long-term and priority programs for the development of urban infrastructure is the Master plan for the development of the city. Allotment of land plots for the construction of new facilities and reconstruction of existing facilities is carried out in accordance with the approved master plan and rules of improvement, architectural appearance and sanitary condition of urban facilities.
The Department currently provides 5 public services. Of these, 1-public service is provided through a state Corporation, 4-public services are provided through the e-government web portal" ;
"Issuance of a certificate to determine the address of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" 47 certificates were issued.

All public services are provided through the public service center.
On a weekly basis, together with the employees of the Department of internal Affairs, the city's real estate objects, shops, retail outlets and pavilions were inspected for non-compliance with the norms and rules of landscaping. Thus, 56 notifications were issued, including 2 protocols to the appropriate penalties were drawn up by the police Department employees.
All facades are designed in a modern architectural style and a complete record of the objects under construction and reconstruction is kept.
The round table on anti-corruption is held in accordance with the approved plan on amendments and additions to the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department of architecture and urban planning of the city of Tekeli and the state Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan For civil service Affairs and anti-corruption conducted an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the Department. According to the results of internal analysis of corruption risks, several risks occurred in the Department. Up to the present time work is ongoing with the existing risks.
