On the invalidation of the decision of the akim of the city of Taldykorgan No. 1 dated January 8, 2021 "On the declaration of a technogenic emergency of a local scale"

 

 

In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", the akimat of the city of Taldykorgan DECIDED:

  1. To recognize as invalid the decision of the akim of the city of Taldykorgan" On declaring an emergency of a technogenic nature of a local scale " dated January 8, 2021 No. 1 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5857, published on January 13, 2021 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
  2. To assign control over the execution of this decision to the deputy akim of the city Begmanov A. A.
  3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
