Present were employees of the Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Zhetisu region.
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" dated November 18, 2015 No. 410-V of the ZRK "State bodies, organizations and entities of the quasi-public sector carry out an internal analysis of corruption risks, based on the results of which they take measures to eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses", and also in accordance with the "Standard Rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks" approved by the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016 No. 12, based on the order of the head of the State Institution "Department of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Zhetisu Region" (hereinafter - the Department) From October 10, 2023 "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks" from October 17 to October 23, 2023, an internal analysis of corruption risks was conducted based on the results of 9 months of 2023.
Internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out in the following areas:
1) identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the Department;
2) identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the Department.
On issues of coordination of the activities of subordinate centers for the provision of special social services
As of October 1, 2023, there are 13 institutions in the region with 1,577 places providing special social services (hereinafter referred to as SSU). In 2023, 6 123.8 million tenge was allocated for the maintenance of the CSSU.
For transparency of the use of budget funds in the social sphere, budget information is posted on the Interactive Map of Open Budgets platform and on the Open Budgets Civil Budget portal.
On issues of compliance with the deadlines for consideration of complaints and applications.
For 9 months of 2023, the Department for the Coordination of Employment and social programs of the Zhetisu region received 245 appeals, 160 of them were considered, of which:- from individuals –149 - from legal entities – 96, - at a personal reception of citizens – 0 of them:- MIO - 128, from CGO 14, GO – 96. Redirected – 76 requests.
Recommendations: To continue working to improve the quality of the provision of special social services, as well as to strengthen the work on proper coordination of the activities of subordinate institutions. And also continue to work on compliance with the procedure for considering appeals in accordance with the APPC.
