Chapter 1. General provisions
1. The state Institution "Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Zhetisu region" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the field of employment and social programs in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the territory of the Zhetisu region.
2. The Department has no department.
3..The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
4. The Management is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and stamps with its name in Kazakh and Russian, forms of the established sample, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the treasury bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
