✅ Log in to the e-government portal, go to the section "Citizens", subsections "Family" and "Guardianship, guardianship, support»;
✅ Click "Order service online" and fill out the application;
° Attach a scanned copy of the required documents weighing no more than 1 MB to the application;
✅ Sign your EDS and wait for the result in your personal account in 3 business days.
