📌To digitize missing or correct incorrect information, it is enough to send scanned copies of documents through the eGov.kz portal.
For this:
✅On the main page of the portal, find the service "Checking of personal records";
✅ Next, a window opens where you can select the desired type of act entry;
✅Fill in the application category and click on the "Search" action;
✅If there is an act record in the IS REGISTRY OFFICE for the specified parameters, fill in all the data requested by the portal;
✅If the provided information is not found in the system, click the "Digitize data" button and fill in the required fields;
✅Upload a scanned copy of the document by clicking on the "Upload new file" button;
✅You confirm the application by means of an EDS or one-time password.
